لتسجيل الدخول، وإيصال طلبك للمتجر وتوصيله، ومتابعة حالة الطلب، وتشغيل متجر التاجر، والرد على أسئلتك بالمساعد الذكي، وحماية الخدمة من إساءة الاستخدام.
ما نبيع بياناتك لأي جهة.
كل البيانات تنتقل مشفّرة (HTTPS). نحتفظ بالحساب وسجل الطلبات طول ما الحساب موجود. رموز الدخول تنحذف بعد استخدامها أو انتهاء صلاحيتها.

Phone number (login via a WhatsApp code); order details (name, address, optional delivery location, notes, items); merchant data (store name, branches and their locations, products, images, prices, stock); messages, voice or images you send to the in-app assistant. We do not collect contacts, do not track location in the background, and show no ads.
To sign you in, deliver your order to the store and track it, run merchant stores, answer you through the assistant, and prevent abuse.
The store you order from; the delivery company when the store requests delivery (name, phone, address, location); Meta/WhatsApp for login codes and order notifications; Google Maps for maps; AI providers (DeepSeek, xAI) only to process assistant messages; Stripe for merchant subscription payments (we never receive card details). We do not sell personal data.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Account and order history are kept while the account exists; login codes are deleted after use or expiry.
